I can no longer insert quiz into a course.

Pass: ihsv@2017I have a classic language site that uses eduma, in my Latin course, which has 40 sections 88 lessons and 186 quizzes, I can not insert more quizzes, when I click on select quizzes, it opens the window and the gear is only running without stop. I already adjust the required PHP variables, there are no outdated plugins, everything is perfect. If I try to insert quizzes in another empty course the function of selecting quizzes works normally. Are there any data limits per course? What can I do to solve it? Thank you.
