I can’t start Thim Core Installer

      Hello,

      I’ve faced with a next problem.
      After successful installation of Sailing theme I can’t start the Thim Core Installer.
      I receive the next messages:

      From server:

      And error from installer:
      Plugins directory writable: Can not put file to folder /var/www/pilots/pilot.kiev.ua/wp-content/plugins

      I tried to change access permissions for files and folders. I set 777 even for whole site but it doesn’t help.

      My server status:

      Server: Apache
      PHP: 7.4.1
      PHP Post Max Size: 256 MB
      PHP Time Limit: 300
      PHP Max Input Vars: 10000
      cURL: 7.38.0, OpenSSL/1.0.1t
      MySQL: 5.5.5-10.1.44-MariaDB-1~jessie
      Max file size: 256 MB

      What can I do in this case?
