I have purchased the Instamojo Add-on, but cannot integrate it.

I purchased the instamojo add-on, and I created the instamojo account as well. However, to integrate and make the instamojo functional, it is asking the Client ID and Client Secert.
The InstaMojo Account is not giving me Client ID and Client Secret keys, however, there are Private Key, Auth Token and Salt Key.
in this situation, how should I integrate the purchased add-on?
