I need Help with Thim: Projects, Project Gallery on Home page

Hello,
Please can you help me with adding Projects Gallery on home page, i read manual, but i don’t understand how to find “Enter your project shortcode” [ess_grid alias=”home-1″]. Can you add project to gallery on home page. And second question, please remove breadcrumbs, i have it turned off, but it’s still showing on pages.
