Icon boxes and backgrounds on sections reverted back to old images

my home page http://www.progress.guide is showing the default icon boxes on the slider revolution despite changing it. It shows correctly when I am editing the page in elementor but when previewing it, it keeps showing the old page.
I have the same issue with the background image for the register now section and the form should also be different, the correct one shows while editing but does not appear on previewed page.
Same with the background image of the blog area on the home page. All of this has happened since I updated the site a few weeks back and activated elementor pro.
