identify some CSS in footer so I can customize

Hello there:

I would like to use my footer area the same color as my “primary” color – but the title underline and the active page link color are tied to primary color – so they are the same. If you could help me ID the CSS – I can override in the custom CSS editor. Thank you. Here’s the html that I’ve id’d I think I am close.
(also you helped me with the copyright CSS – but you can see it is not quite working correctly. it is honoring my #ffffff and text-decoration: underline but then it seems to override and revert to #00000 color.)
