If your service cannot satisfy your customer’s need, refund should be the best

For close to 2 months ago I asked for refund based on some design that I realized that it didn’t match my demand, unfortunately you guys said that you cannot refund based on that, that I should tell you what I will like to customize and you will help me out. I had to study some of your documentation before I decided to start using your theme for business. I noticed that before someone can become a vendor it is necessary for the person to setup a payment account. You included paypal but unfortunately this isn’t working in my country so I asked you guys so that you can customize it for me based on other payment method that is accepted in my country(with the hope that this will be very easy like wcfm multivendor plugin), now you people were telling me that to include that will require heavy code so you cannot do anything about that and you closed my ticket without any means of satisfying your customer? If it is something you cannot do and the fault is obviously from you guys, then you are expected to refund your customer his/her full money for future business and other benefits that trust has to offer. Why are you guys acting like this? Do you people think that it’s easy to get money and just throw it away in this part of the world? I really don’t expect this from the theme that have close to 30,000 sales.
