Import Specific Pages, Change parallax scroll speed

  Hi,
  
  1. I’d need content from the”Couch Business Demo” pages.
  I tried to import the business content to another site and copy the code but it’s very messy.
  
  I need content from:
  “Life Coaching” page – the contact block.
  “Life Coaching” page – “What are you waiting for” block
  “Home Page” – “Quick facts” block
  
  2. I also need some information on how to change the parallax scroll speed for background-images for a complete row, currently it is not moving fast enough.
