Importing demo data error

Hi there,
just bought the Sailing theme after been satisfied with the Education theme but… I already don’t like the Sailing.
After failing with the one click method, I tried importing data with the demo xml file. Well, probably the use of English or the instructions are wrong as I wasn’t able to import ALL demo data correctly. Actually instructions for the section:

2. Import Widgets.
– Install and Active Widget Import/ Export Settings plugin.
——————-could not be followed as the Tools >> Widget Setting Imports seems to be missing. The Education theme was up and runnig with all demo data in just a few minutes, but this is one is a troublemaker.
Please advice.
