importing demo data gets the template in loading page without going any further

hello im having problems importing demo data, i tried the importer no luck, check my php.ini settings, all good, then i tried uploading xml file, importing settings manually and then rev slider and still no luck
debug mode dont show anything
the template is just in the loading section it dont show the webpage
the only errors i found were in the apache error log
