Installing theme with all content?

  Hi,
  
  Two questions:
  
  I have purchased this theme.
  
  1) Is it possible to install it with all the content (images, video, etc) and design exactly as the demo looks?
  
  2) Is there a recommendation for a builder to simplify theme editing? Such as Beaver Builder or Elementor?
