Instructor can not access to admin to create course

Hi,
I have an issue, Currently it is not possible for an instructor to leave courses on the platform. Unable to access the administration interface.
On the other hand I do not understand if :
1- Is PaidMembershpisPro mandatory?
2- PaidMembershpisPro is in master and Eduma in slave when PaidMembershpisPro is installed?Last thing: impossible to set Zoom meeting as you explain in your knowledge. I uninstalled it for the third time.
So I come to you for 3 issues, is it possible to help me please. If you wish, I pay for the configuration and you do it. However your theme is not finalized: for example the instructors (during the installation, before the setup) had access to all the administration, as if they were the site administrator: no way for me it works like that. So I installed the plugin “Admin menu editor pro” which allows to manage the rights and access according to the connected user.
Could you please help me ?
