Intermitent error Cannot connect to database on business coaching template

Hi, I just installed the coaching template and I would like to use the black/yellow version of it.
It works fine with the main version (white/blue), but when I install that black/yellow, it is generating intermitent “cannot connect to the database error”, it also became very slow if compared to the main template.
I’ve installed it on AWS, and ideally it would run on a micro instance + rds, but since it was very slow I’ve upgraded to a large instance and still have the same problem.
What should I do?
