Is elementor necessary for my website?

  I am now trying to clear unnecessary plugins as they pull back the page speed performance. There I noticed I had installed elementor though this theme uses WPBakery as the main editor.
  
  I have the following questions:
  
  1. Does CorpTrain need elementor at all? Can I delete it?
  2. Are there any other unnecessary plugins here I actually don’t need? e.g. WP Mail SMTP. I don’t seem to use it as it always requires a premium account to do anything – did I do something wrong here or is this plugin not necessary for free users?
