Is it possible to customize the page “check out”?

  Hi,
  
  I have another issue with the check out page.
  
  When people click to buy a course and the proceed to check out, they usually click through before they register. And then they will see this:

  I want to add some button or anything to the sentence “You must be logged in to checkout.” so that there is a call to action there.
  
  Is there anyway to make it happen? If yes, please indicate how.
