Issue in the top of Profile section, and loco translation

Hi,
I’ve found another issue in the title of the profile section, which is hidden behind the top menu bar a little bit, with the scroll totally up:
There is also a problem with the line that surrounds the profile picture:
I tried to solve it with CSS, but I think it should be well adjusted natively in the theme, don’t you think?
And also, when I try to change the translation using loco translation files, I can’t change all of them, like the word “Owned”, can you help me to change things like this in the child theme?
