issue with a specific account

Hello,
There is an issue with one student account. Please use the access info provided and check it. You don’t need to create dummy account for testing purpose and coming back to me with the usual reply “We did the test and we didn’t find any issue” May be there is not issue. But there is something you will find and explain to me.

It doesn’t give a start now button. It opens the test directly. and it doesn’t show a space to answer.

The problem is with this account only. We tested several accounts. They don’t face the same issue with the same assignment.

This is a mid-term exam. This student need to take the exam.

Additional notes:
1) I created copies of the same assignment. still she is facing the same issue.
2) this user doesn’t have a “continue” button appears to her on the course page. it is there for the rest of the students.
3) i checked the answers of the students to the same assignment, No summited answer to the assignment appears in the trainer dash board. Trainder’s username is (Abdullah)
