Issue with banner size (header menu)

Hello,
Please kindly let me know where can I adjust the size of banner it seems as there is additional space added. It is applicable for desktop and mobile too.
When I scroll down it looks good but only in Desktop.
https://prnt.sc/tgybzhOn mobile the additonal space stays when I scroll down.
Please kindly fix it as it does not look good for me.
