Issue with button Addto cart and with checkout page

Hello,
When clicking “Add to Cart” button in a course, it is not changing anymore to “View Cart”, so the user keeps clicking in the button and doesn’t understand it is already in the cart!
Other issue is the checkout page becomes stuck as in this screenshot https://ibb.co/5LTBWbv and doesn’t allow to proceed completion and payment!
Please let me know what is causing both issues!
