Issue with current height of footer and header

the header and the footer of the site are a little bit too wide (long). can you please make the height of the header and footer smaller? maybe change the height to half of the current height.and in mobile mode, the icons and logo appear under each other (like a column), can they be put beside each other in a row? just like the way they do display in desktop mode.
