Issue with Profile picture on Ipad and Iphones

Hello Huyen,
Sorry for another issue. I have had several users having problems with adding a profile picture. I was previously having issues with this and found that it was Jetpack causing the problem. Jetpack is now removed but it seems that users on Ipads and IPhones are having issues.
They are telling me that when they click the upload button nothing is happening. So the box to pick your photo is not launching. I was able to do tests on a PC and everything worked as it should. I have had a few users now with this issue and they are all trying to do it on an Ipad or Iphone.
Any ideas?
