Issues with paid membership

Hello
When I create an order via paidmemebership, the subscription is not reported in detail in Learnpress. (only an empty order is created, without details of the courses assigned to the subscription).
This works when I manually create the order in Paid Membership: in this case the order is created with all the courses in Learnpress.
But this does not work when the order is made by the user (via stripe or Woocommerce for example): in this case the order is created in Learnpress but it is empty.
Can you please help me to resolve this problem?

to complete, I have also try with this option: Learnpress / Settings / Memberships / Enable the “Always buy the course through membership”
it still doesn’t work…
Please help me
And I want to maintain the possibility to buy course one by oneThanks to look ALL my post and really check in detail before coming back to ma (ASAP I hope!)

The cause of the problem is due to the effects of the Remove Dashboard Access plugin. Please deactivate this plugin and check it again.
