Hi Thimpress team
I am desperate. I am working on my courses since a while and was ready to launch the first one. Therefore I upgraded to a faster server with my hosting company Bluehost.
Since the upgrade I have only downtime with my sites. Nothing works for longer than a few hours. I optimized everything I could and still it is either down or extremely slow. Today I was told by Bluehost I had to talk to my developer, which I assume is you, because I write the content of my websites myself, but am no developer.
I performed a GTMetrix test on all subdomains and the main domain. I was told that caching will take a while to really kick in. So this is nothing I could change. But GTMetrix found a lot of parameters I don’t even know what they are.
Attached the reports from GTMetrix.
Do you have a developer at hand who could have a look at it and help me to improve my sites so they will be running?
Thank you very much! -

Hi
What support package do I need for LearnPress issues?
Thanks for clarification. -

hi Augustus
I renewed my Course Builder support package.
Could you please look into my speed problem now? After moving to a new hosting company with my sites it is a little better, but GTMetrix still tells me to improve a few things. I ran another series of tests over the last few days. Added the results.
I also installed W3 Total Cache but I don’t have the courage to change the minify settings as I don’t really know what I would do and I don’t want to risk my sites crashing for good.
Would you mind having a look at it and changing the necessary to improve the speed of my site please?
Thank you!
