Learn press Woocommerce payment options not showing

Hello
Just purchased the WooCommerce add-on for LearnPress and set it up. I have 2 problems and a question. Even though the topic has been asked in this forum, I don’t have access to the answers.
1) Having enabled “Woocommerce payment” option withing payments/general options, and after setting up payment options from woocommerce, no payment options appear on the lp checkout page.

https://imgur.com/SDPO7jV2) I would also like to know how the product is associated to the course when I select the option “Buy courses via Product”. I like this option but I don’t know how the system associates it.
3) I would like to buy normal products and courses seperately. Is this possible if I have the “Buy courses via Product” option selected? Is this possible in any case? Since learn press seems to override the woocommerce checkout page always anyway.
