Learning progress bar not working

Hi,
Our Eduma/Learnpress installation at
https://learn.qldwriters.org.auStudents cannot see learning progress on their courses. The progress bar stays at 0.
Lessons also do not register as complete as students move through the course.
This also means they cannot complete the course to download a certificate.
Is there anything we can do to fix this issue?
