LearnPress: Error when students try to add course to Cart (Params Invalid)

This is a question about the LearnPress plugin:
When a student tries to purchase a class from my site (that uses LearnPress), when the click the “Add to Cart” button – it takes them to their Cart … but the class isn’t loaded, so their cart is empty.
When they go back to the class page and hit “Add to Cart” again they get the error message
“Params invalid” … no other information.What am I missing? Is this to do with the connection between LearnPress and WooCommerce? Have you heard of this before?
BTW: I feel like a complete moron when I try to access your support forums. There is seemingly no way for me to check if anyone else has asked this question before. The search bar is misleading, it doesn’t actually do anything. :(((
