Learnpress Latest Update Causes Deletion of whole plugin from coaching theme

Hello, I cannot update the latest thimpress learnpress plugin on my coaching theme, I have been trying for a long time now and I try daily between website restorations, this update either breaks my website or updates and when I go back into the admin dashboard, then the whole learnpress is just deleted from all plugins and it says ‘install learnpress’ is all I am left with. then I have to do constant restores to my whole website to get my course back, and I am developing a learnpress course. I tried again this morning and same issue. I checked with godaddy, no issues on their end they can see they say. Please assist to get my thimpress plugins in working order.
