LearnPress membership not using WooCommerce on Checkout

We have set up LearnPress with the LearnPress – Paid Membership Pro Integration and the LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration, because we are trying to create an option to make multiple installments on our more expensive course. We have it set up and it appears to be working except that if a student selects the installment plan, the checkout doesn’t go through WooCommerce the way we were hoping. Is there a way to get this to work?
