Learnpress payment status not updated after payment finished

Hi Thim,
I’ve tried and tried to get a response to: https://thimpress.com/forums/topic/payment-not-processed-in-orders/
It’s been almost a month and no response.My problem persists and I can’t find the fix.
What goes wrong:
– someone makes a payment via woo
– woo status is on ‘completed’
– learnpress status is stuck on ‘pending payment’
– I have to manually change every order status, so people can start the course they bought. Which means I have to be online 24/7 to make this as instantaneous as possible, an impossible task.See video also: https://vimeo.com/477265666/89adcd5588
