learnpress profile page is no longer compatable with translatepress

Dears,
I well conducted “translatepress” developers about not accessing the profile page when there are multi languages for my site. It seems to be not from them. When I enable two languages, the profile page gets an error “there has been a critical error on this site”
Other pages can be well used normally for the whole website but the profile page is not accessible. when there is only one language the profile page is accessible but when enabling two languages the profile page gets an error and is not accessible. I tried making a new page for the user profile, tried editing translatepress by changing versions of it, disabling all plugins and enabled one by one, and increasing WordPress limits but the error is not solved. Previously, it was working perfectly but now the profile page is not usable when having multiple languages on.
How to resolve this issue? I am in doubt about some of the learn press or edema updates because after updating the profile page is just not usable and it’s fixed on the shortcode.
