I have installed the Eduma theme recently. I have a withdrawla request now. my Paypal is integrated but When I try to pay on the status not change to complete. Can you please Help me? -

I have updated the plugin but I have the same issue.
another question: in the withdraw action page on the admin side, it requires username and password, that is this excatly? admin username & password or PayPal account credentials ?

I tried all possiple combinations,
– The teacher user name and the teacher password
– the teacher email and teacher password
– the admin user name and admin password
– the admin email and admin password
I also tried to reject the payment and the rejection is not working.
Please I need a live chat support because it is a big damage on our business now. -

Hello,
now the status goes to complete but nothing is taken from paypal and the instructors received nothing.also “WooCommerce Payment” is disabled form the developer , it is not professional to disable our payment methods without telling us, and this making a serious bad impact.
Please tell us what is the problem and what is the solution and don’t disable any thing without our permission.
Please solve this paypal transfer issue now.
and Please make sure that every thing is working fine, we are in this issue for a long time and this is not acceptable. and we can not continue this way.
Please please solve the issue immediatly.

I checked now more and more things are not running on the website, the payment options are disabled and the coupons are not working and students and not able to register to the courses.
this is extremally not acceptable at all. we are facing a huge damage now.

Images in the previous replay are removed from you side, your developer changed some settings not deactivating the plugins.
we changed the settings according to our need after you modified it.
Now the withdraw status is not changing again.
We are sure we are using “Live Paypal” not sandbox.
Please solve it in tell us what is the problem exactly, and if there a certain settings shouldn’t be modified tell us.
and don’t change the settings of the payment methods without telling us. -

It is fixed from the website now yes but the money is not deducted from paypal. what are the settings of payapal needed to complete the transfer ?we are using Paypal and we are receiving the money with no issues but why the transfer to instructors is not working.
if there is a certain settings needed please inform us ? -

I can not relate the image you sent to the issue I am raising ??!!
I am telling you the the issue now:– the instructor can request withdraw : Working Fine
– Admin can accept the withdraw : Working fine
– Actual money Transferred from PayPal to instructor PayPal : Not WorkingI hope you understand the issue now.
Note: we are receiving the money from PayPal with now issues so the problem is not from PayPal connection.
