“Lesson video intro” not working with direct link to mp4 file

oEmbed for “Lesson video intro” field worked fine before some of last updates. After entering URL to mp4 file WP was able to embed it as a movie. From last few days it’s not embedding at all, showing only path to mp4.
Last working configuration (for my test site, wasn’t updated, can be higher)
