Links in Question Explanation not opening in new pages and Font is not changing

On my practice exam courses, it says free Admin> images and references are not opening on a new page; if I tap on an image or reference link, they do not open at all.
I would like the reference link as well as the image to open in new tabs.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the HTML code you used to make this happen for a particular question?
