locking courses and tiered payment package

Hi!
I was wondering if you can help me answer two questions:
1) Is it possible to lock the module/lesson/quiz that has been completed so that subscribers cannot go back?
2) Is there a way where we can have a tiered payment package? (i.e. for individuals, groups of up to 50, groups of up to 100).Thanks!
