LOG IN & LOST PASSWORD FOR BUSINESS WEBSITE

Hello,
I’m experiencing some issues with my business website if possible to be assisted.
With the log in button that is on the website for the public , it’s directing me & clients back to the same page as well as the forgot password button. The site is now live and I’m a little nervous to have my clients proceed with application processing and end up stuck.
Also, I reached out a couple days ago regarding accidentally deleting white icons that was apart of the original template. If possible to have those 3 icons restored back to my Media gallery.
There is no budget needed for this issue as I already paid for this theme & now in use.
