Login and Register Pages Turkish Translation Issue

Hello,
As I have stated in a few issues I opened before. My entire page must be in Turkish to be usable. It was solved by creating a json file in certain plugins. However, I could not find any option or setting to translate the windows opened when the Login and Register buttons are clicked to Turkish. When I enter the relevant pages, there are only shortcodes. How can I translate the content of these form fields into Turkish? For a clearer understanding of the problem, you can check the video below.
