Login and Registration is not working properly

I have purchased “Coaching | Life & Fitness Coaching WordPress Theme” from Envato. After installing and setting up the theme, everything is working fine but login and registration does not seem to be working. When I open the website in incoginito and I click on login, a popup with a login form pops up but after putting login credentials and clicking on the login button, it keeps on loading and does not sign me in.
I have also a problem with registration. when I click on register, a registration page opens up that says ” you are not login” and I don’t see anything or form to register for the website.
