Logo in Lessons Page Stays Sticky / Mark as Complete when a video ends

Hello,
Thanks a lot for all the responses until now. I am getting closer to finish my website. Here 2 more questions
1. My logo stays sticky on the top of the lessons page so it can cover the video or any other content thats in the lesson. How can I make it to stay where it belongs, on the top? (PS. if i remove my logo it auto uses the Course Builder logo which stays where it should)
2. I am creating lessons with video content. Is it possible to mark the lesson completed as soon as the video completes and then auto redirect to next lesson?
