Lost password returns to login page

Hello there,
Thank you for your theme, which is very helpful and well designed.
We are experiencing some troubles integrating your theme regarding “lost password” page. I have already scrapped out the existing tickets, but nothing you suggested helped me or matched my situation (or my dashboard).
When I click on “lost password” link, nothing happens. It just forwards to /siteUrl/my-account/?action=lostpassword, which forwards to… the login page.
We already updated to the last theme version.
