Main Events Page is not displaying any styling

Hi There
I currently have this installed on my localhost. When I click on the events page (in menus renames it onsite courses) it displays as attached image1 – https://prnt.sc/104daas
i.e. it has no styling and I have no idea where to correct this. I cannot fine a Page called Event.
When you click on an event page it works fine see image2 – https://prnt.sc/104daql
Please advise what I can check to get this working
