Main menu problem after update

  After updating the eLearningWP theme to version 3.1.5, my menu got messed up. It should be transparent, but instead it has a grey background (menu2). It only appears the right way, when i scroll the screen down a bit. (menu1)
  
  Is there something I can do about it?
