Manual addition of LP orders not working

Hello,
If I want to add a user in LearnPress from the backend, the ‘Change’ and ‘Add multiple users’ links are not working (https://prnt.sc/Rjb3hZ8_EzIv). They were working earlier, but now there is a problem.
Can you pl rectify this?
