Media Library content no longer loading after activating eduma theme

Hello Support,
I just bought the Eduma theme and I’m unable to proceed with customization.
After activating the Eduma theme, WordPress media library automatically stops loading and temporary crashes the site displaying an error message “Error accessing Database”. The site eventually comes back on after minutes (hours sometimes) without any action from me.I’ve taken the usual approach of uninstalling all plugins an re-installing one after the other to check where the code error is from, and it appears the theme itself has it. Kindly help attend to this as quick as you can because we put our platform on maintenance mode to perform this UX upgrade and it’s long overdue to get back live. We have active learners waiting to access contents.
