Menu no longer showing courses option?

  Hi,
  
  I’ve previously set a menu whicn includes some of the course, but at the moment logged in to continue setting up our new site and when I go to add items to the menu there’s isn’t a courses option any more, just the following:
  Pages
  Posts
  Forums
  Custom links
  Categories
  
  Pretty sure there was courses there too before, am I wrong?
  Is the only option to add courses to the menu is through custom links?
