Missed cancelation notification

Hello!
I had an incoming reservation the 4th of july for today and I got an email letting me know about it but I never got an email letting me know about a cancelation of this same booking. I have checked the settings for notifications and everything seems to be alright.
Could you help me find whats the issue?
