Missing Header Nav and Footer for Disaster Theme

Hello, the header menu and footer were visible until I attempted to create a landing page. I used a Happy Addon page and then I saw the ability to change the template to “Coming Soon” mode so I did. Now only my Homepage is missing both header and nav and the complete footer that was in the demo. I have tried to find out how to correct it without success. The homepage is acting like a landing page. No header or footer. When I try to login with mysite.com/wp-admin, it takes me to disaster theme account page to reset my password. I cant give you login info because it wont let me reset my password. I have never had an issue like this with any theme. I did attach an image as instructed. Your password reset option said it would send email to reset but I have never received it.
Can you help?
