Mobile elements and wording is not aligned

Hello,
I just purchased this theme and installed it and the mobile version is not aligning correctly.
Here are a few screenshots of what it looks like.
Also, my backend wordpress the words are “vertical” up and down and not “horizontal” like they should be. I don’t have any third party plugins added just the plugins that come pre installed with your theme.
