Mobile Menu location absent in theme!

  Hi,
  
  I am at my wit’s end trying to figure out how to create mobile menu in eduma theme. The menu location area says only one menu location is supported in this theme. Am I missing something here? How can something as basic as Mobile menu location be not available in a premium theme?
