Most time doesn’t work the /wp-json/realpress

I have several problems with yout theme/plugin. I bought it on envato, I install and start to create properties.
After a time I saw the properties doesn’t load..
I inspect and found a problem with wp-json/realpress/v1/properties?orderby=date&order=desc&term_id=33&taxonomy=realpress-type&_locale=user with a 403 error.
I disable all plugins (seo, cache, all) but the problem continue.
When I login as administrator, the propeties appears!! but for 2 o 3 hours and them again the 403 error..
Can you tell me whats can be or how work for found a solution??update: I see this most the time
