With reference to ticket

I created a stage website of the main website. it is under (https://businesscoaching.vip/pproject). I did a WordPress reset using WP RESET plug-in. I installed a fresh copy of the theme.. Consequently, I lost all the content. media images
I need your help with the subject issue.
I want to move media files under businesscoaching.vip to businesscoaching.vip/pproject manually. I tried to move the media using a plug-in. It didn’t work.access info submitted previously.
